For the last 10 years, Manuela Gut was a member of the executive management of Acons. She gained her professional experience as a manager in the areas of finance/accounting, controlling and internal auditing. She was employed as an internal auditing consultant by one of the “big 4” auditing companies and was responsible for mandates involving internal auditing consulting and auditing management in various fields. Her function encompassed transacting outsourcing and co-sourcing mandates, assuming interim management positions as head of internal auditing and also developing internal auditing departments. Manuela Gut has sound knowledge in the areas of retail trade, gastronomy (trade and production) as well as in the services sector and industry. In recent years, she also headed various SAP projects in the areas of finance, assets accounting and consolidation. At present, Manuela Gut supervises a diverse number of mandates which focus on internal control systems and internal auditing, as well as projects in financial processes.
