Anuschka Küng is the managing director of Acons Governance & Audit Ltd. She has sound knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, risk manage- ment, internal control and compliance management, process management, internal audit as well as many years of experience in financial controlling and insurance management. Previously, she was employed by one of the “big 4” accounting firms being responsible for audit and risk management mandates. Her function encompassed the development of internal audit functions, transaction of outsourcing and co-sourcing mandates, risk assessments and quality reviews as well as SOX 404 projects. Prior to her advisory activities, Anuschka Küng worked for several years in both the primary insurance and reinsurance industry in the areas of claims management, underwriting, financial controlling and internal auditing.
At present, Anuschka Küng supports our clients in the implementation of corporate governance requirements and the consulting of risk management, control-, compliance- and fraud management. Moreover, her responsibilities encompass the operation of internal auditing or risk management of our out- sourcing clients as well as coaching activities in holistic process management. Her activities also comprise coaching workshops with board members or the mediation of internal audit functions and its stakeholders. She is lecturer of seminars in the area of corporate governance (Master Quality Leadership, Postgraduate Studies for Quality Management, Management Seminars with various advances training institutions).
