Reto Röllin is a founding partner of acons and heads Acons HR solutions GmbH. Since obtaining his degree in 1992, he has worked in human resources management in the areas of services, trade and publishing. His HR competency encompasses operative and strategic functions of HRM: personnel recruiting, personnel and management development, coaching, as well as monitoring and moderating processes involving change. He utilises this know-how at acons in the areas of interim management, selection (managerial and permanent positions) and coaching. He is also a certified SAP consultant in HR.
