James Stout

James is an engineer who brings 14 years’ of experience working in pharmaceutical operations, leading change projects focused on people, process and technology. He has delivered projects in variety of contexts across manufacturing organizations, including production, supply chain & logistics, engineering/automation, IT and finance.

James is able to – and has a passion for – meeting the needs of clients whether it is working hands-on with shopfloor personnel or providing strategic advisory & analysis to executives in the boardroom.

With first-class analytical and critical-thinking skills, he is able to deliver challenging objectives by identifying the simple path forward, and utilises strong communication & general management skills to execute to demanding Quality/Time/Cost requirements.
